Reserve Cellar Designs offers a comprehensive, high-touch process built on collaboration, craftsmanship, and decades of industry experience. Each project begins with a collaborative effort between the client, architect, and designer to define the scope and vision. We take pride in offering a personal touch—working closely with you to bring forward exactly what you’ve imagined. All design development is supported by computer-assisted drafting, from initial concepts to final detailed renderings.
Throughout the design phase, we communicate across all applicable disciplines via phone, Zoom, in-person meetings, or electronic exchange, ensuring alignment and clarity every step of the way. Once the design is approved and finalized, we begin transitioning into the build phase.

Reserve Cellar Designs is a full-service representative of Vintage Cellars wine display systems, known for their elegant engineering and quality construction. We help clients evaluate options and specify the ideal materials and configurations for their space—drawing from over 30 years of experience designing restaurants, bars, and clubs.
Led by Joey Navarro, our process is rooted in industry knowledge and a deep understanding of hospitality and high-end residential environments. We guide selections not only for performance and durability but also for their ability to visually enhance the surrounding architecture.

Once an order is placed, we work closely with the client, architect, and general contractor to establish a thoughtful delivery timeline. Because each cellar is custom-built and sensitive in nature, we coordinate logistics to ensure the product arrives safely and at the right time in the project schedule.
Our installation crews meet the delivery truck and carry out a near-turnkey installation process. Every system is carefully installed, tested, and adjusted as needed, ensuring that the cellar functions properly and lives up to expectations.

After the installation is complete, our work doesn’t end. We conduct periodic follow-ups to confirm the system is running smoothly and address any concerns that may arise.
